I bought this w/ some other amino acids to try something in addition to my regular multi vitamin. This one really gives me energy so I take 2 a day. Within 15 minutes my mind is clear and I get moving. Ok w/ coffee too.
works beautifully. But I suggest getting professional help first in diagnosing amino acid depletions. I self diagnosed after many years of research and reading and classes...you can also troubleshoot via trial and error...but aminos of this quality and strength are not to be messed around with.
I'm still giving this a 5 because I think for anyone not on antidepressants, this item could work well. My personal experience is likely bad interaction with my medication.<br /><br />For the first week I felt much more energetic and sociable than I had in a long time. By week 2 I was quite irritable, tired, and exact opposite of how I initially responded. It reminded me of times in past where the SSRI I was on suddenly stopped working and I had to switch.<br /><br />Stopped taking this by week 3 and returned to my holy basil and saffron supplements. That seems to be better for me and doesn't interfere with my medication.<br /><br />I had a similar experience with nicotinamide riboside.<br /><br />Obviously both have an effect on neurotransmitters, however it seems to be a bad mix with SSRIs. So be careful and keep track of how you are feeling daily if you try this.<br />I've found every item I've ordered from this manufacturer to be good quality. This one is simply not for me.

No joke. This product has been assisting me to have happy mood in combating stressful situations at work. Take together with Tyrosine.
I see no difference between this brand and some of the less expensive ones. It's fine, but too expensive and won't buy again.
