I have tried many different strengths, gummies, swallow, dissolve and THESE are BY FAR MORE EFFECTIVE than ALL of the Other's I have tried. The dosing instructions are Try 1/2 a tablet to See how they work for you up to 2 Tablets 30 minutes before bedtime. I tried the 1/2 tablet and it put me to sleep but I woke up about 4hours later took the other 1/2 and went back to sleep quick and FELT Fine no drowsy morning effects. 2nd time I took the whole tablet and I slept for a full hours!!! That's an EXTREMELY RARE THING for me. So I'm extremely HAPPY with the purchase! I have been a VERY LIGHT SLEEPER and I have been through the prescriptions for sleep BUT it's NOT WORTH THE POSSIBLITY OF FORMING A HABIT So that's what drew me to Melatonin to help me fall asleep and stay asleep and THESE are the ONLY ONES that I have found to do this for me and I don't have to worry about becoming a HABIT!<br />Very Cost Effective. Ok so I was skeptical and wasn’t sure this was not going to be too strong or not keeping me asleep most of the night. After taking for a few nights I am amazed at how well this brand has worked for me and works real fast and keeps me asleep for most of the night. I am use to taking ambien or lunesta every night for 6 years and with these I don’t need them this works just as good and not a narcotic.

I take Melatonin every night and used to take 3 a night, I love the higher MG" S. So far it's working well. The price is great. I will purchase it again.

These are pretty strong, but there are some nights when I need that strength. I just swallow them so don't really have an opinion on the taste. They aren't in my mouth long enough for me to taste them, really. But the price is great. If you don't need the whole strength, you can use a pill cutter and cut them in half.

This 2-pack is a great value for your money. I won’t need to buy melatonin for years. If the milligrams is too high for you, the tablets arrive scored and cut very easily, even with out a tablet cutter. The flavor is nice, these don’t have that bitter aftertaste some dissolvable products leave.<br /><br />I hope this product is still available when I need to order again! I’ve already gotten my family members to buy these, as they are a good deal and despite the quantity, the whole bottle fits in my pill bag! Not one of those products that you open up and wonder why it was packaged in such a huge waste of plastic.<br /><br />10/10 recommend
