Honestly this is terrible! I’ve been taking melatonin for years and never experienced a taste so bad! It’s like rubbing alcohol. And you need to take four full droppers to make one complete dose. Do yourself a favor and pass on this one.

I used to buy this under the original formulation. They changed it and the new ingredients not only taste bad but the stevia gives me a migraine headache. I can't understand why companies cannot leave well enough alone and keep putting additives and flavors into things that don't need them. Look elsewhere for a better product.

I am a nurse and this was recommended to me by one of our doctors. He said this is the only over-the-counter melatonin that is comparable to prescription melatonin. It is now stable at our house.

Grandson is autistic and stemming keeps him going throughout the night. Our developmental pediatrician actually recommended a stronger dose, but this one works great! My grandson sleeps through the night.. everynight now. Highly recommend.
