Honestly tastes like a treat rather than a chore. For what you pay, the ingredient quality is excellent. Dissolves completely in water, even without a blender.

Exactly what I was hoping for
Packaging is sturdy and the freshness seal was fully intact on arrival. Started noticing better recovery after about two weeks of consistent use. Dissolves completely in water, even without a blender.
