Seem to be a very good probiotic with a great blend. Easy to swallow and packaged as they should be. Price is quite a bit higher than I would want to pay for a 30 day supply of probiotics.

No dramatic positive effects, but no side effects either. Pretty much as expected.

These are awesome probiotics! I have ordered other supplements from this company and always love them. They are a bit higher priced, but to me it's worth it since they are vegetarian and cruelty free/non gmo. The capsules are small, do not have any smell, and are easy to swallow. I take probiotics because they were recommended by my dermatologist, which I'd never would have expected. However, I have psoriatic arthritis and apparently these can help with that. Honestly at first I was a little suspicious about taking them, but I have actually noticed a huge difference in my psoriasis this since I have started them! These are a great high quality supplement and I will absolutely be ordering them again.

Works well. Deducting a star because the bottle is hard to open with one hand, but the product itself is solid.
