I used to feel like I could take a nap almost any time of day, but I started taking Ginseng and Vitamin B and that has totally changed! I have more energy and I feel like I am getting more done each day. Thanks for producing a quality product.

First time taking Ginseng, I wanted to follow a stack that a friend of mine was using for more stamina and strength. Addind this seemed to make a difference and actually had pleasent side effects on the libido and intimacy. Pleased I tried this product first, not sure I would even try another brand with those kinds of results.

Oh my goodness! I was skeptical, as nothing has worked to help my 5 & 6 year old sleep. Most nights they would lay awake exhausted but just couldn't fall asleep. Some days they would wake up during a nights sleep and stay up until I awoke in the morning. It was becoming exhausting for all of us. The first day I opened this bottle and gave each one a pill to chew it has been nothing but sleeping miracles! Definitely will be purchasing again.

Seems to work for my little ones, I don’t give every day but when life gets hectic and they need some help to level out I feel okay about helping them naturally

My review is not about the product per we- but the bottle and issue w product being stuck together.<br />First of all, I could not open the bottle. I am a mom and I open tons of childproof bottles and have never had this experience. I tried everything but finally had to cut it open w scissors. So no bottle to hold the gummies!<br />Second, the gummies were all stuck together in one large oblong ball. I had to sit and pick it apart one by one.<br />Both of these things made this horribly inconvenient And a pain to deal with.

I have been buying these regularly for nearly a year, every month (2 kids, 1 gummy each) because these are one of the lowest doses of melatonin available, which is still technically a bit high for my liking, but they're helpful. You really don't need much, and here is why:<br />1 milligram = 1000 micrograms (so .5 milligrams = 500 micrograms)<br />Each gummy has 500 micrograms of melatonin.<br />The typical adult male produces on average 30 micrograms of melatonin. Children produce the most, and it drops as we age. But not that much.<br />Study on bioavailability of oral supplemental melatonin is about 15% - so they should get a boost of about 75 micrograms from one gummy (150mcg from 2).<br />Until we know more about what long term effects are from taking too much melatonin, I would rather provide just the boost that they need that is fairly close to around what their body would produce naturally.<br /><br />SO WHY ONE STAR?<br /><br />Here's the bad about these, and why I am switching to another brand: At first these were great. The packages were sealed, the gummies looked fresh. Over time, with the last few orders, we kept having the same problem. Seals are broken very easily (the cap is shrink wrapped but seals were not applied tightly, so some air got in), so as soon as you open the cap, part of the seal peels up. Not only that, but the gummies are hard and have a white haze on them, as if they're dried out. This is not acceptable at all, and as you can see from other reviews, if the company has been paying attention, this should have been addressed immediately. I was hoping that it was a fluke, and this would be remedied quickly, but nearly half a year in, we keep getting unacceptable quality gummies. I would have recommended these before, but until this is remedied, I no longer trust buying this product.
