I finished the whole bottle taking 1 capsule per day as recommended. I specifically took this product to cut down on my bloating and gas and it was a success. Likes: 1. Supports healthy digestion. 2. It improved my gut health 3. Vegetarian capsule 4. Most importantly it helped cut down on my bloating and gas. Could be better: 1. I do wish that all the ingredients were organic

I suffer from IBS, so I'm always looking for probiotics to replace what I lose. When I tried these, I loved them. They were easy to swallow, and my IBS didn't bother me for weeks. These worked great and weren't bad to swallow. They are the size of most prebiotic. There's no bad taste and I didnt burp the taste afterwards. They don't stink like some. I love them.
