Who needs TEQUILA when they have this around this around. I fall asleep faster. 4 pumps and im out for the count. The wife starts yapping.....4 pumps and all i say is bye felicia.....Great product.

I'm not going to take away from a 5 star average because it's my own fault and I believe Onnit is in the top 1% of company when it comes to being ethical. But, if you're comparing costs it's worth understanding that some of these are priced per serving and some are priced per spray. The previous product I used was advertised as 1.5mg per spray. As I shopped for a new order I others priced per spray and misread how this product is advertised. It is advertised as 3mg per serving, which looks like a great deal VS 1.5mg per spray if you're misreading it like I did. In fact, 3mg is 6 sprays. That makes the deal not so good. I'm all for brand loyalty but if you extrapolate it all you're talking $.09/spray for the cheap stuff and $.25/spray for Onnit. Just FYI.

CHEMIST NEEDED TO ANALYZE CONTENTS! This product changed my life but BEWARE. I’m 6’4 210 pounds and I could never find a melatonin brand that would knock me the hell out within 20 to 30 minutes and help me wake up not groggy. I have to give props to the company for finding a formula for not having me groggy in the morning however I genuinely believe that 5 to 6 sprays of this most likely involves very very high doses of melatonin more so than they say on the packaging for it to knock me out harder than hard drugs. I really hope in a few years there are no call backs for this because of HOW effectively it works. I feel great but it’s concerning that there might be more to this formula than meets the eye. Essentially I’m saying this product is TOO GOOD to be true knowing good and well that the FDA or any authority doesn’t actually do an in depth analysis of these products.

This is a great product. Yes, it is expensive for the number of doses. However, I prefer quality over quantity when it concerns the supplements I consume. As another reviewer stated, it is very true that not all melatonin supplements are the same.<br /><br />Over the years I’ve tried several varieties of melatonin. Like tablets that you swallow, tablets that dissolve under the tongue, & gummies just to name a few. This spray melatonin from Onnit is by far my favorite melatonin product that I’ve ever tried. It taste great (which is not important, but a plus), and it’s onset of action is very fast. Beyond that, I find the quality of sleep with this product surpasses that from other melatonin products I’ve tried.<br /><br />In the end, the quality of sleep is the most important factor to me, and that’s why I will continue to purchase this product for as long as they keep making it. Five stars all the way!

With my job I work odd hours for swing and grave shifts and have a problem sleeping sometimes. I am very much into working out and always trying to be a bit more healthy knowing how important sleep is.<br /><br />A spray with Melatonin is a great and convenient product especially for people who do not like pills or tablets. Recommended dosage is six (6) sprays which seemed a lot to me so I used half of that, three (3) sprays which knocked me out nicely.<br /><br />The sprays are big and cover the entirety of the mouth with ease to swallow. The taste of mint is actually nice without any bad after taste. The taste goes away pretty quick and does not have any bad side effects such as weird feelings or gunk.<br /><br />If you're into working out, staying healthy give this product a chance. Melatonin is very important for our bodies especially if you have weird work/sleep hours.<br /><br />EDIT: After using this product for around a month, I have noticed my sleep has improved drastically. I can only use one spray for a solid 8-10 hours. The one time I used three sprays I was out cold for at least twelve hours so beware when the dosage says 6 sprays.

My daughter recommended this melatonin to me, and I've found it to be really helpful, particularly when I wake up at night. I've never had much an issue falling asleep; it's more problematic staying asleep. Even though the recommended dose is six pumps of the sprayer (a total of 3 mg), I've found that 1.5 - 2 mg (3-4 pumps) is just as effective.<br /><br />The directions on the label, however, need some work, and I'm surprised that the following clumsy and misleading wording passed muster before it was sent to the printer. "Adults, take six sprays by mouth then swallow before sleep." This implies that you should hold it in your mouth until you're ready to go to sleep. It should say, "Adults, before sleep, take six sprays by mouth then swallow." Onnit: if you read these reviews, you might want to address this in your next printing.
