If you have high energy children that are bouncing off the walls before bedtime this might be the supplement for you. I feel like these are more of a candy than they are a gummy in that they have a texture and consistency that is more like a gumdrop then anything else. The flavor is amazing and I think any kid would be begging for these come nightfall. They are a low dose melatonin so you might want to give out a couple even though a serving size is one gummy but I highly recommend these because they are delicious and effective.

My daughter loves the flavor and she goes to sleep around 9:30/10pm now rather than getting up at 6:30 complaining she never slept. Easier mornings and she’s begging to take her melatonin at bedtime every night.

Happy with these, our kids like them and they gently help. Not much flavor, but that's kinda what you want, nothing offense. Certainly no afternaste, nothing not expected, no weird side effects. Flavor of these is fantastic. All my children of a variety of ages have enjoyed taking these. These are wonderful for kids who struggle with falling asleep. Kids who just need that little bit of extra help to fall asleep. They do not however help kids to stay asleep which is a common issue with most melatonin supplements. But I'd say 95% of the time when or if my kids wake up in the middle of the night, it helps them to fall back asleep more easily then without using anything. Great taste. Great product.
