I always look out for bloating/gassy for any probiotics as only certain products make me gassy but this one did not. It’s about average size of oral pills-not too big, not too small.

Wanted to try a new probiotic so this was the one<br />I liked the amount of strains in this one so gave it a shot<br />So far almost though the whole bottle and i believe it's on par with more expensive ones I have tried in the past

this product is easy to swallow. This product seems to work as well as any other that claims to provide probiotics. This product seems to decrease bloating for me.

Biggest issue is Gastro and none were associated with these probiotics. A fairly good balance of strains and amounts. Pleased with results (bowel movements!). I used the entire bottle before reviewing. Recommended buy.

We used to buy powder Probiotic in individual package.<br />First, the individual package is easy to carry on the go & take later.<br />However probably because of packaging cost, those were more expensive than this tablet bottle.<br />(Around $30 - 40 for 30 days of use)<br /><br />This bottle with 60 tablets(2 per day) for 30 days is around $25 & so far, it seems work the same/similar with those powder packages. And because it's tablets, I can adjust daily use from 2 to 1 later for longer use if I want to.<br /><br />So far, I'm very happy with the purchase!!!

Since taking these probiotic capsules I have improved digestion, less frequent stomach upset, and I’m no longer bloated in my midsection. I love this product and will purchase again.
