This probiotic is easy to swallow, and I do feel like it settles my stomach and improves some of my IBS symptoms when I remember to take it regularly. I like that it has minimal added ingredients, and that they all appear to be healthy. There are no added sugars. This liquid probiotic is shelf-stable and should be stored at room temperature, which makes it quite convenient.<br /><br />The flavor is kind of unpleasant and salty, so I'd recommend mixing it into liquid, particularly for young children. Additionally, this supplement is fairly expensive, as it only lasts 13 days for anyone of six years or older.<br /><br />Overall, this is a nice liquid probiotic that's shelf-stable and appears to have high quality ingredients. It's a bit on the expensive side, and doesn't taste great, however.
