I have been using these gummies now for about 2 months. They are green butterfly shaped-same as the thyroid-and have a mild, not too sweet taste. 2 gummies are the recommended daily dose and it is easy to take them. I have noticed that I am sleeping better and have more energy during the day since starting them. I assume this is because of the thyroid supporting Ashwaganda and Bladderwrack they are made with. I really like this product and will continue using it as long as it continues to help my sleep and energy levels. I would recommend anyone who has an under active thyroid to try this product to see if it helps them as it has me.

Tastes good. Used these to see if they would help out my thyroid. Seemed to keep it at bay while I was out of my meds for a bit. Dr definitely doesn’t recommend these long term without medication but was a good thing to help at the time

These gummies seem to work really well for me, I definitely feel like they help me feel more energized and maybe improve my mood too. I haven't noticed any negative side effects. They taste okay, sort of apple flavored. The texture is a bit sticky but not too bad, and they're not tough or hard to chew.

Includes ingredients like ashwaganda, which claims to help lower stress and lower blood sugar, both things I am interested in. Schisandra and bladderwrack, while fun to say, claim to help restore natural energy and metabolism. I didn’t notice a specific difference when I took these but I feel overall a bit better in general, so they may be helping

They dont taste the best. But they aren’t horrible. So far i really like these and they get the job done.

Yes, it is premature to share any benefits of these sweet gummies for thyroid support. I am afflicted with an under active thyroid and currently take thyroid medication and these gummies are really vitamin supplements (mostly herbal) for me. This bottle is a 30-day supply (2 recommended a day) and the ingredients are blended to improve metabolism, recalibrate the system, nutrient-rich, provide immune support, and most important for me - boost energy level and blood flow. I really enjoy the apple flavor (yes, it is artificial but even artificial apple is tasty!). For those concerned, they are non-GMO, vegan, and have natural color and flavor.
