I’ve had both raspberry lemonade and blue raspberry and they are indeed hydrating with about as much kick as a cup of coffee or 2(you can add up to 6 scoops) the taste is okay. But I think we can all agree that’s not the reason why we drink it, we drink it for it’s supplements. I enjoy nutrabio products, I’ve used their whey isolate for over 5 years.

The flavor is good but it clumps up in water and doesn't go into solution. The plastic container was also only half full.

First off—generally speaking I love Nutrabio products. Their amino acids are lab tested in-house and genuinely potent at a much better price point than other reliable brands like Douglas Labs, Pure encapsulations etc. It’s really too bad they used maltodextrin in this particular product because otherwise I’d use it every day. It gives great energy that’s clearly not just from the caffeine. I loved it! But to call it sugar free and then use a substance in it that raises blood sugar dramatically is a bit silly. Personally I can’t use it and stay in ketosis. If the blood sugar thing is irrelevant to you or your system is less sensitive to maltodextrin, then you’ll love this product.<br /><br />If they ever make a version that’s either unsweetened or sweetened with only stevia or erythritol (please!!!), then I’ll be first in line to buy it regularly.

I’m 51 and like this drink before, during workouts (weight lifting) and in the mornings. The ingredients feel better than drinking that second cup of coffee. I would like a little more Potassium content because I have a swallowing issue which makes eating bananas challenging. Other than that this product is a staple in my cupboard.

This is gross. I tasted no pineapple whatsoever, and this item is non-refundable. What a WASTEEE, do not buy!
