Still in my first month of these and love them! Having had a sensitive stomach and dietary restrictions for years, I can finally eat like I'm in my 20s again. I no longer have to hurry home after eating in restaurants, and finally feel free to eat anything on the menu! Coming from a family of people with stomach problems, I can't wait to share these.

This probiotic seriously helped cure me of my IBS. As a child growing up, and in school I missed more days of school than I can count because of my stomach problems. It just so happened on a trip to Seattle, my mother found out about these, and since I started taking them, my stomach, and healthy bacteria living inside have never been better. I can get out of the house with confidence, and not have to worry about sitting so long down on the toilet while my stomach pains subside. Additionally, these come with the added benefit of making you regular, and that in and of itself is a wonderful thing.

I mainly take probiotics because, since starting them two years ago, I have not had a single sinus infection. Before that I would get at least two, sometimes three, a year. They do also reduce stomach issues. Since starting these my stomach just hasn't been right (like they work "too well"). Going back to Swanson Probiotics Dr. Langer's Ultimate 16, which I have had very good results with.

I used to swear by Garden of Life until I found out they sold out to Nestle, aka the scum of the earth. So sad as I used them for so long. Never will I buy Garden of Life products again.

My doctor said this was the best probiotic on the market. He said not only does it have the standard probiotics, but a lot of soil based probiotics to diversify the flora in your gut. He told me to take 4 per day on an empty stomach while doing the parasite cleanse. He also said once your gut is balanced, you shouldn't have to take this every day. It's not a multi vitamin. Once you've gone through the bottle, you should be good to go.

This is the only probiotic I’ve been buying since 2005. A hydro colonic therapist recommended it. My gut went from sticking way out over just a bite of salad, to flat as a board.
