This product did not look, smell or taste like Ashwagandha powder. The color was more darker than expected and tasted more like wooden powder. I have tasted ashwagandha powder before and can tell that this was very different.

I used this to make a DIY herbal infused hair oil for my daughter who lost all hair due to Chemo. I use it to help with hair shedding. My Daughter is seeing hair within 3 weeks time and my shedding is nearly nonexistent.

This keeps you calm on days when there's a lot to do, put a teaspoon in your smoothie. Your good to go.
