So I ordered these for my husband to take since he stated that he wanted more energy. He feels more energy almost immediately though out the day. He takes it in the morning and with food. He has noticed more blood flow to the the region where you want it at, plus the energy it gives you it is a good combo. He stated that it does make his heart beat rapid at when he first started taking them and to be cautious if you have any heart problems or to ask your doctor as he did. He started working out to exhaust the energy that was with him at the end of the day. So all in all, it did provide him the fuel to workout, and loss about 5 pounds.

supplement pill is a bit chunky. I can't say it had any immediate effects on me, but with the ingredients, it should be good for your testosterone. After a few minutes I did feel more alert. I don't feel like it increased my sexual urges, but perhaps after taking this for a longer period of time, it would have that effect. I do have to say this supplement helps a lot with my awareness, mood, and energy.

Started taking them as soon as I got them seem to give a little extra energy thru out the day. Takes a few days to notice a difference. No adverse side effects noted.
