This mood enhancer probiotic blend by Ombré appealed to me as someone who always takes probiotics and also struggles at times with mood. I’m not sure if it’s working yet, and I wish there were more CFUs for the price, but I like that you only have to take one per day. I think it’s well worth giving it a try.

I chose this because it had very specific strains. Many probiotics you do not know what exact strain you are getting. You could be getting generic strains that are not specific to your ailment. With the specific ingredient listing here, you are able to search and to see EXACTLY what the research is out there and it these will help you.<br /><br />I chose these in hopes they would help with anxiety. I am very much pro gut health and repopulating lost species in my gut. I figured these would not hurt. Would I say this has solved all my problems? No. But I do note, the more I correct my gut biome the better I feel mentally.
