We have tried others but came back to this one.

I’ve used this brand for several years and it has helped stabilize digestive issues including loose or hard stools. However when Bayer sold the brand about a year ago to a third party, the container design changed and the product seemed to be a bit weaker. In addition it is more likely that old versions are old shelf stock - so beware.

Prior to purchasing this on Amazon, I have used this probiotic for years. There was a short amount of time when I could not easily find it on the shelves of my local stores or pharmacies. So, I used other brands and suffered for it. Thankfully, I have since found it on Amazon and my gut health is back to where it needs to be. Thank you, Amazon!

I love probiotics and as a physician I highly recommend their use; that being said, BUYER BEWARE of this product! It contains Skim Milk, which has wreaked havoc on my gut. Perhaps it’s shame-on-me for not reading the ingredient list, but it is also my opinion that no product designed to promote gut health should contain a product that 20% of the population has problems digesting. This should carry a warning label for those who are milk-sensitive.

I open the capsule and empty it in my orange juice. It helps with my tummy issues tremendously!
