I’ve tried several brands of melatonin in the past without much luck. They have rarely helped me fall asleep or stay asleep. These absolutely worked for me. They worked well and they worked quickly. Sometimes even taking less than the recommended dosage even still helps me get a good nights sleep. There are dosage recommendations for both adults and children on the bottle.

It must be their formulation but taking 3 of these knocks me out, where other brands at 10mg,20mg even 40mg leave me up at night staring at the ceiling.<br /><br />Definitely an amazing product couldn’t recommend this enough to family and friends.

Its hard to find 1 mg dosage of melatonin without sugar. Most days I just take 1 gummy 30 mins before bed and it works really well. Most of the other brands have 5 mg which is much higher dosage to start with.

This was for a child with ADHD to help with sleep. The child says they are nasty and really wants to try a different kind.
