I have been having massive trouble with severe fatigue and battling a borderline autoimmune disorder. My adrenals were so depleted and a friend at yoga told me she has had success with this. I ordered it right Away and started taking one a day, in addition to my regular daily supplements. I saw a difference within two days in my mood and my energy level.<br />My goal is to not take prescription drugs unless absolutely necessary.<br />This is a wonderful product. I normally don't write reviews, but I'm doing this in hopes that it might help someone with the same symptoms that I have.

Great product, smaller capsules than expected and very easy to swallow. I get a nice calming effect from these and also comes in handy when I'm not able to sleep. Only side effect I've had is drowsiness when I take in the evening, but like I said it can be useful.<br />I really like the True Veda company and what they stand for, I'm hoping they increase their product range.

I have not been using it for long and I'm doing a bunch of new things and I'm not sure what to attribute to what, but I will say I've been dealing with chronic fatigue for almost 8 years and I finally got to a place where I am loved and supported. I want to live my life not sleep it away. I do feel better. I love that they package it nicely and have an amazing website I would recommend this product.

For whatever reason, this item had no effect on me when used as directed.

My Dr recommended this and I can really tell a difference when I don’t take it. I just seem to rest better and my anxiety is better as well.
