I read about this supplement in a book I was reading so I thought I would give it a try. It adds a slight flavor to my coffee that I enjoy but it’s hard to describe what that flavor is. It just tastes like it belongs there. I feel like the supplement is doing what it’s intending and I’m very pleased with it so far.

Big believer in ashwagandha. KOS uses quality ingredients to make a quality product. This product has booth the organic extract and ksm-66 which are both valuable supplements. Definitely feel more mellow while taking this and helpes with recovery. Do not fall for test-boosting ashwagandha products just buy pure ashwagandha products such as this. Ashwagandha kills cortisol which helps test production.

I have been taking these every morning for a week or so and I think they make a great addition to the other supplements I usually take in the morning helping with stress and an overall feeling good!

I added this as a daily supplement.

It may be a coincidence, but I’m not sure. I have suffered from anxiety for over 20 years. I take prescription medicine that works great under normal circumstances, but the last year has been particularly bad for me due to COVID-19. It takes me 2-3 hours to fall asleep and I wake up many times in the night, which results in me being tired during the workday. I have tried natural sleep aids, OTC medicines and prescription medicine. Everything I tried either did nothing, or made me so sleepy I couldn’t wake up in the morning. On Monday I started taking this product. It is now Friday. For the last 3 nights I have fallen asleep within 15-30 minutes of going to bed, and woken up only once in the night. I had the most productive work week I have had in months. I am a sceptic, but nothing else has changed this week. I just started taking this product. I hope this keeps up!

Excellent presentation, and the product is awesome, in the short time I have been taking it has helped me with Anxiety, I have been able to relax a lot better than without taking it.
