While I understand you can't get the full absorption of the benefits of turmeric just taking this alone I have to express how much this has worked.<br /><br />I have suffered from hemmoroids for about 10 years now. I have to gone the specialist for it. I have watched my diet. Made sure to take 25g of fiber. Drink tons of water. Baby wipes to medicated wipes. Sometimes I wouldn't even eat to not have to use the stool. Nothing has ever worked and I was at a point where I thought surgery was the only option.<br /><br />Not to get too personal but the size of my hemorrhoid was the size of a golf ball. I have taken this product for 12 days. My hemorrhoid has shrunk by 85% !!!!!!<br /><br />I can't believe it. I will take be taking turmeric for life.<br /><br />I did not receive this product for free or a discount nor am I Affiliated with it. I am your average joe.

I found the plastic sticked in the capsule.<br />I could have just taken it if it was not a visible color.<br />I wrote the complained several times last year and the review was deleted.<br />I will write this until I get respond.

Started using this product after a patient of mine, who had fibromyalgia said it worked for her.
