Tasteless and no aftertaste, I would use at night before bed and I stayed with 1 cap and increased after 3-4 days and I started to see the benefits. I have MDD and have tried different SSRIs and other meds and nothing has helped like this 10/10

First time user and does help with sleep,but for me I wake up 5 hrs after using. But so far so good. Will keep using.
