BCAAs are unnecessary. However

I've always been skeptical of the benefits of taking BCAAs, as the vast majority of research indicates that if you consume enough protein, BCAAs are unnecessary. However, after taking this supplement, especially while training fasted, I've definitely noticed an increase in performance in the gym. i've been able to better hit my sets and reps, and feel way less fatigued than I normally do. Though i'm used to powder supplements, the pills work fine, and just means I don't have to waste time mixing a drink, or taking a shaker bottle to the gym! Definitely worth the money, will be getting again!

Gains on Muscle mass and Definition

Been taking this now for 3 weeks straight, only before workout and I already noticed a good muscle mass gain and definition. I didn't feel the result after a week of taking it and that's when I noticed that I get more energy then before when Im working out and specially on leg days. I highly recommend this product. So far so good and I will definitely buy another one when im done with my first order.

Best BCAAs hands down

I tried this BCAA formula because I saw it had a 2:1:1 ratio of Leucine, Isoleucine, and Valine and also because it doesn’t contain any food coloring additives like most other BCAA capsules on the market do. After using this supplement for two weeks, I was hooked. Not only were my workouts longer and more intense, but my post-workout recovery was much quicker, and my muscles looked bigger!

BCAAs that work

After researching the benefits of BCAAs, I chose this product. I followed someone's suggestion of taking 3 tablets around 30 min before a workout and 3 tablets right after working out. I can attest that I feel great during my workouts and my DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) the next day is minimal to none. This is very helpful because my job is very physical and I hate to feel sore.

My diet was already pretty rich in sources of BCAA’s so someone lacking in ...

This BCAA ratio is spot on for optimal results. I took three tablets pre and post-workout on workout days and then in the morning on my non-workout days just to keep BCAA levels circulating in my system. Within a few days I noticed my recovery time improving with muscle soreness diminishing sooner than usual. My diet was already pretty rich in sources of BCAA’s so someone lacking in daily BCAA intake would definitely benefit. I also found the pills to be very convenient over powder and would be happy to recommend this to my clients.

This company has all of the red flags that the news is warning consumers about. Check out their stats on ReviewMeta. Who knows what’s in their products but it certainly is not what you think. I felt no difference when taking their products (BCAA and Creatine) versus a trusted company that I’ve used forever (obviously I’m going back to what I’ve always used but it’s just pretty expensive... you get what you pay for)
