I take these on occasion when I am having trouble sleeping. They help me fall asleep and stay solid sleeping through the night. I take one and that's all you need.

These are really effective. I popped one quick desolve tablet in my mouth and within 10 minutes I was nodding off. The only problem I have with them is they do not taste like strawberries. It’s not a pleasant tasting pill and it lingers a bit. A good drink of water helps but it’s not great. Thankfully they dissolve quickly. I do recommend them but just know they don’t taste great

These sublingual tablets are the first ones we've had that taste good enough to dissolve under our tongues. Others we've tried have all been nasty, so they had to be tossed back with water. The advantage of these is that allowing them to dissolve will allow the melatonin to begin working virtually instantly. That's a big deal if you're desperate to get to sleep fast.<br /><br />The other advantage of these 10 mg pills is that they can be cut in half, into 5 mg doses, which is all my husband needs. Over the last few months, he was taking a much higher dose and was suffering from sleep "hangovers" the next day. His 20 mg dose was far too much for his system, and once we figured that out, he stopped taking them -- they were capsules, so he couldn't take less. (I need a minimum of 40 mg to have any effect so I used them up for him).<br /><br />We got him these tabs and they're economical because half of one is just right. He sleeps well and falls asleep quickly. We will buy again.

These are fast dissolving, have a berry flavor, and work so fast. They are made in the USA! They do contain milk (lactose) so if you are intolerant keep that in mind. I love these.

One of the rules with Melatonin is it has its base effect in about 20 minutes and then it becomes rapidly less effective. I use it with my BiPAP breathing apparatus to help me doze off. I used to take a fizzy powder, but when it ran out, I went to using gummies. Either way it's less predictable since it has to go through the digestive system. This version is sublingual, and so it hits the bloodstream almost immediately. I can take this, and it will act very quickly so I don't have to struggle to go to sleep.<br /><br />The flavored taste is not overly great, a bit bitter actually, but a quick rinse leaves on aftertaste, and a good tasting sublingual is sometimes bad since you want to swallow sooner before it gets properly absorbed into the bloodstream. Hits you pretty quick at a good dose so you can get off to sleep and stop watching those late night Youtube videos. Recommended.
