I'm not going to lie, I bought a box of these because it was on sale at the grocery store. I am a regular probiotic user and try to do both a pre and probiotic. I've used high end brands, gummies, pills, etc. I didn't have high expectations of this because I was getting it on a whim and was sick of paying an arm and a leg for high end, fancy supplements (inevitably, I always go back to those, but every once in a while I give my wallet a rest).<br /><br />I must say I really, really like these. I notice a "regularity" with these that I have never noticed with other brands. It's easy to use, I just put it in my coffee every morning, and I don't notice any taste at all, so that's good. I have absolutely no desire to go back to any other brand. I would definitely recommend these.

I have tried a lot of probiotic/prebiotic supplements and such and this one is my fave. It doesn’t add a nasty taste or texture to any drink I’ve mixed it with and my stomach had been much better/more regular since I started using it. Definitely recommend!

I’ve been taking pre and probiotics for over two years now. I developed an autoimmune disease after experiencing leaky gut in 2020. This particular product not only relieves GI symptoms, it also curbs my appetite. Other pricey products have not been as effective so this is by far the best product for me. I’ve lost a few pounds after using for several days while following the Whole 30 diet.

I put these in my coffee every morning to help regulate me. I like to change my probiotics monthly so every other month I come back to this brand. Easy to use, tasteless and it does work.
