I used this product for about one month, hesitantly, and didn't buy it again. I have severe prostate issues. So I was at the point where I was trying everything, and I mean everything. Even though this item didn't have the typical prostate items like saw palmetto, pumpkin seed, etc, I gave it a shot. I assumed that I was feeling so good because of another prostate item that I bought, so I didn't buy this product again.<br /><br />About two weeks after discontinuing use of this product, my prostate issues returned. I was on vacation in Mexico and I told my wife I stopped taking this product and she wanted to kill me. So I reordered this item as soon as we were back in the states. And guess what? Life is good again. I went from being up six times a night (on vacation), to two times last night using this product again. It works that quick.<br /><br />Garden of life supplements are expensive, but they are worth it. We use their raw multivitamins, their raw B vitamins, and now the prostate formula.<br /><br />Update: 09/2021. Here we go again. My prostate had settled down over the years and then out of the blue, issues were back. Up all night for over a week, urinating all day, etc . So I ordered this item and last night was my first good nights sleep in a week. :-) Stuff is amazing.

I like this &#34;All in One&#34; probiotic. Vitamin D, Probiotic Strains, and urinary health. I have no problem taking these. They are easy to swallow and have no side effects. More and more research is showing that gut health is imperative to overall health. I use the soil based probiotic for my dogs. It is human grade, but these pills are easier to take.

2-WEEK UPDATE: This product has caused me severe diarrhea most nights I take it. This is simply my personal reaction. I have discontinued using it.<br /><br />When I went to my doctor last month, I showed him the specification sheet on this product and he noted that there is nothing in it that is harmful; and that it might be helpful, but was expensive. So I’ve been taking two pills a day (one at night and one in the morning) and have noticed a slight decrease in the urge to urinate (we are talking about urinating every two hours). I already take a probiotic to deal with a past occurrence of diverticulitis, so I figure this wouldn’t hurt to have a little more.<br /><br />Considering it costs about 50-cents a pill, or a dollar a day, it isn’t cheap. But it does contain organic materials, 15 probiotics and lactis for your digestive and immune system. I like that it also has tons of D3. I will finish the bottle and UPDATE this review in a month when I have a clearer view of just how beneficial this product has been for me.

We have been using Garden of Life products for a few years, particularly the probiotics where I've recommended the Garden of Life Ultimate Care 34 strain probiotics and the 38 strain Women's Vaginal Care probiotics to literally hundreds of people after our own personal experiences using these Garden of Life probiotics. Traditionally these probiotics require refrigeration to remain most effective which really precludes to buying those two formulas online so I purchase them locally at a nearby nutrition store and a nearby fresh market as they are shipped in cold packs and stored in their refrigerator section at both stores. The Prenatal, Prostate, Mood+ and Urinary Tract formula each contain mostly the same 16 strains of probiotics as well as pre-biotics to give the beneficial bacteria a better &#34;foothold&#34; for recolonizing the gut. The prenatal formula can be considered &#34;plain&#34; then the Mood+ contains ashwagandha, blueberries and bilberry (which I think of as immune supporting, cardiovascular and bilberry for eye and kidney health), the Urinary Tract+ and the Men's Prostate Formula contain nearly the exact same 16 strains of beneficial bacteria, the same cranberry supplement as well as 1,000 IU of vitamin D. These 4 probiotic formulas are very similar in nature, just select which formula based upon your needs.<br /><br />EXPECTING MOTHERS - ashwagandha (only found in the Mood+ formula) is used throughout pregnancy in India and in Ayurveda Medicine, however in the west it is recommended to avoid this herb during pregnancy due to being associated with causing uterine spasms.<br /><br />We find the best results when taking both a Garden of Live probiotic as well as a probiotic beneficial fungus as found in [[ASIN:B0056GCLVO Jarrow Formulas Saccharomyces Boulardii + MOS, 5 Billion Cells Per Capsule, Promotes Intestinal and Digestive Health, Value Size, 180 Veggie Capsules]] - together these are effective even when fighting really nasty intestinal bugs similar to c. diff.

Caused quite a bit of urinary tract burning and itching, had to quit after a week - no improvement noticed otherwise.

Been taking this for about six weeks. Energy is more consistent and I feel less sluggish in the afternoons. Happy with the purchase.
