It works!

I used to take 5 tablets of Melatonin 10 mg per night sometimes even often took tylenol pm and still half the time didn't sleep! I've only been taking these a few weeks but so far I'm in love and telling everyone I know that struggles with sleep!! 💯 worth a try if you struggle!! Best wishes!

Definitely makes you sleep hard

This stuff is powerful. I haven’t noticed the bad taste or smell but it has definitely knocked me out when I take it. I don’t usually have a hard time sleeping but sometimes when I do, I wish I had a natural supplement to help. I took this as a trial when I wasn’t having a hard time sleeping and was really groggy the next day. I would say don’t take this unless you really have a hard time sleeping or have the time to sleep in and wake up slowly. Also the dreams I’ve been having when I take it are crazy! Get ready for that too!

Similar to Relaxiem

This is less expensive than the other except without the Ashwaganda. The former always put me to sleep but generally caused some wakenings. This one seems to work about as well but without that effect.

It is the herbs that it says but the capsules smell and taste terrible.

Work well but smell horrible

These seem to work well to help me sleep better however they smell horrible. The smell is so bad I have to thoroughly wash my hands after I take them or I can smell it all night.
