Have noticed a change in my energy level after taking for several weeks now. Workouts are easier and I can defiantly see the the muscle development. I'm older (60) and I knew it would take time, but good product.
Four pills provide 1.6 g of leucine. I would have to take 8 pills a day to get my needed 3g/day dosage. Will probably look for another product once I've used this up.
I meant to order the powder, but mistakenly ordered the capsules. I just open them up and add to my protein shake. Next time I will order correctly and get the powder. I read that extra leucine can help in gaining more muscles, so we will see.
I always have more energy and just feel generally better when I take it, which I do daily
