I am one of those people who really struggle falling asleep and toss and turn for what seems like hours sometimes. I have been taking these pills for a little over a week and let me tell you, I keep falling asleep while reading my book in bed and this never happens to me either. These pills work great and make it so easy for me to fall asleep. It's so nice to get to sleep at a decent hour now. While the price is steep, they work great and do as they state.

I like that this contains a smaller dose of melatonin (2mg), since melatonin can actually increase the amount of time you spend in REM (dream) sleep, which is why a lot of people will have weird or bad dreams if they take too much melatonin. This also has other good ingredients like Pterostilbene (bioavailable form of resveratrol) and probiotics, along with some herbs that help you fall asleep. A serving size is only one capsule, and it isn't gigantic, which is nice.

Works well. Deducting a star because the bottle is hard to open with one hand, but the product itself is solid.

Been taking this for about six weeks. Energy is more consistent and I feel less sluggish in the afternoons. Happy with the purchase.

Third-party tested, clean label. That's what I look for first. Actually works too, which is a bonus.

Took this for a month and didn't notice much change. Might just not work for me personally.
