I have been taking prescription medication for GERD for years, plus taking over the counter probiotics. When that didn't help, we bought a bed so the head could be raised, slept on my left side, etc., but still would wake up from the burning...until I ordered these capsuls. It took 2-3 weeks before I started to notice that I was sleeping through the night without the pain. I have ordered a refill.<br /><br />Update: 3/2/17<br />I've bought these several times and never paid more thant $14.99 for the product. In 6 months the price has increased to a little over $22. I'll be looking for another brand.

Probiotics by Best Naturals is a good product. (1) GMP Approved, which is important when buying vitamins and supplements. (2) No Refrigeration: This probiotic doesn't need refrigeration, unlike other typical probiotics. (3) Effectiveness: Recently, my significant other and I have been under a lot of stress, so the stress tends to negatively affect our digestive system. After taking probiotics for about a week, my significant other's gas odor has improved. As for me, I have not noticed a difference, but it's because I was just taking it for health benefits. (4) Price: The probiotic seems fair compared to other products, since I am taking into consideration of the GMP approval and not needing refrigeration. I strive to be honest and transparent in my reviews so you can make an educated decision. These supplements were discounted in exchange for a honest review.

Easy five-stars! I have taken probiotics for more years than I can remember, and consider them to be one of the most important of the supplements I take on a daily basis. Having tried many brands over the years I consider this one is the best! (Believe me, in my search for &#34;the best&#34;, I have paid a lot more, and have received a whole lot less by way of noticeable health benefits.). Identifying the &#34;colonies&#34; on their label is impressive, as very few brands do this. Ten different strains is also a definite plus. Especially important to me is that, since it survives stomach acid, it can be taken any time... and is shelf stable.<br />Best Natural lives up to its name in every way! I have recommended this brand to many of my friends... and will continue to do so.

After a month of taking this I seem to be feeling better. I have mild Krohn's disease and this seems to help. Could be psychological but I re-ordered.<br /><br />Tried others and came back to this.

I have taken probiotics for quite a while and thought I would amp it up a bit with a stronger one. I do take other medications and have medical conditions that I am under doctors care but the doctor approved the use of the lower dose ones and I did not question the doctor before getting a higher dosage one. This has been the worst idea I ever had.<br /><br />THERE NEEDS TO BE SIDE EFFECTS LISTED FOR THESE.<br /><br />I suffered some very severe side effects from using these, horrible stomach bloating, constipation, very bad rashes and hives and a few other ones. I was not sure that these were causing them till I experimented by stopping, waiting till felt better and restarting them only to get the same results only worse. I looked up the side effects and BINGO, I had just about every single one listed on the WebMD site. I took them 2 days in a row and now 4 days later I am still not back to &quot;normal&quot;.<br /><br />I advise EVERYONE to look up the side effects of taking probiotics, especially a higher dosage one...especially if you are under a doctors care.

This probiotics is great for me because it has 30 bil CFUs. Other probiotics I have tried normally have around 15 or 20, which isn't too bad for daily maintenance. But, I find 30 bil is where my body is most comfortable and runs smoothest, especially my female health. I also like the &#34;no refrigeration needed&#34; convenience. My children's probiotics must remain refrigerated, which sometimes is a pain when on the road or vacationing.
