I’ve been using this amino acid for a couple weeks now and definitely feel like it. It does help me sustain my workouts and I do like the extra green tea that is included. When I take it before my workouts I do feel a little extra energy and focus due to the slight caffeine in it. I will continue to order this and keep it in my supplements, as it is a very cost effective and good product.
