I’ve been taking these for 9 days now. I’ve been having constapation issues for a few years now. I would go days with our going. Regular for me became every other day or 2 days. Sometimes longer needing to take a laxative. A big change to what my Normal originally was. I would feel discomfort and bloating. I felt miserable. Changeing my diet, exercise and more water was not helping. After another week of discomfort and nothing work I was at my breaking point. I decided it was time to try something else. I decided to get theese Because they are a gummy. Many supplements are large are hard to swallow. The first couple days of taking I was a little bloated but I started going everyday. I’ll deal with a little bloating. But Now after 9 days I’m going once or twice a day. No more bloating or discomfort. I finally have relief!

Since I have started using this product I haven’t been happier. This product has allowed me to keep a proper and sustainable amount of fiber in my system allowing my body the ability to properly process the foods I eat with minimal effort. It is my personal opinion that my gut health has increased dramatically I would recommend this to anyone who is looking to increase their overall health and well-being.

I had already been taking probiotics prior to buying these. But after doing some research about how probiotics and prebiotics work in conjunction with one another, I thought I would give these a try. Very pleasant taste other than sticking to your teeth but they worked rather quickly to empty me and make feel lighter ! I'm a pound and a half down and am looking forward to feeling less bloated and more myself.

These gummies are great. I suffer from diverticulosis/diverticulitis. It sucks but ever since I’ve been chewing 2 of these at lunch daily. No more problems. I swear by these little guys and won’t be without them. It’s a keeper Amazon!!!!

It gave me horrible gas and I had to stop taking them.

All around these were great, but I had to stop taking them because my farts smelled SO bad. It was brutal
