I was a little hesitant to believe in this product. But I put it to the test during the hardest trial possible...PMS and cycle time. The first two days I didn't notice a decrease in appetite or cravings at all, but on the third day, all of a sudden I wasn't craving sugar 24/7 and noticed a huge decrease in my desire to want to stress eat every waking moment. These capsules are about an inch long but I found them easy to swallow. I am very impressed with their ability to help me stay on my diet better. The only downside to these capsules is that they smell AWFUL. I open the bottle and it's like getting punched in the nose. They taste yucky too so don't hesitate to quickly swallow them! But overall, they worked well so I will continue to take them and recommend them!

Taken as prescribed I haven’t noticed any difference whatsoever.

Only been using for about a week ! So far havent noticed any drastic appetite decrease but im not giving up good things can take time! I do feel bursts of energy about an hour after taking them!

I admit, I was skeptical at first. This really does work wonderful. It stops the cravings.
