Since the first dose I have felt much better, I have digestive problems and taking this probiotic for almost a week three times a day has relieved my discomfort and I have been able to eat almost everything. this medicine has been a very good choice

I've taken probiotics for several years now and after exploring many brands, I settled on the same one 2 years ago that is rated at 50 billion, so I wanted to try this product that touts 60 billion.<br /><br />That 60 billion is cumulative of 3 pills as opposed to 1 of my preferred brand. I was "won over" by "NewRythum" by the milk/yogurt test. You put the contents of a capsule in 1/4 cup warm milk and let it sit for a day. If the bacteria are as stated and viable, the milk will thicken and bubble. I tried that with these, using the contents of 2 capsules. After 22 hours there was only a few small bubbles and mostly milk with the slightest thickening around the edge of the dish, but that could be from water loss. Other popular brand names had about the same results for me, which is why I switched.<br /><br />Taking 3 pills at once, instead of spread out, did nothing. Nothing good or bad. I would not purchase them again.

This is a great, go-to probiotic that provides 60 BILLION CFU's per serving. Its shelf-stable quality means you can take it with you anywhere. I like keeping a few in a small pill container, when I'm out and about, or when dining in an unfamiliar restaurant. We all believe in probiotics. We have quite a selection of it and rotate them on a daily basis to get many different strains. Most brands have their own list of goodies in them. By rotating them around we get all different strains and not just a few.<br /><br />It must be working. In the last three years of the virus, there has been sickness in this house (yet) My wife and I had to go to a Holiday party last night and we doubled up on probiotics for a few days ahead of time.<br /><br />There is no way for me to prove if they work or not. I believe they do. So when my son asked for some, I ordered these for him. He has been taking them.<br /><br />He likes them and is happy to have them.

They worked pretty good and did what they were supposed to do. A bit expensive though.
