This stuff is amazing. I've struggled with my sleeping habits for years. I've tried melatonin in the past and it was not very helpful; however, I take 2 of these tablets and I am out in a matter of 30 minutes or so. Yes, I have some vivid dreams, but it is worth it for me just to be able to fall asleep! This is my go to sleep aid now.
Not sure if it does anything. Tastes good.
Tried others, for cost comparitive and after taste. I still came back to this one. Do not need sleeping aid to relax and to fall asleep. Is the best by far.
