So glad that it wasn't my heart

This is the only one out of 4 probiotics that helped my histamine intolerance. It was so severe that I ended up in ER 4 times.
So glad that it wasn't my heart, and I don't do surveys, but if I can somebody and share my experience check your histamine levels, if you
had suddenly hypertension, ear issues, fluttering diaphragm, heart palpitations, eliminate high histamine veggies and fruits,
you will fell better and get a dao supplement. diamine oxidase.Study histamine intolerance and go gluten free.

Like 5-6 inches off my stomach in 2 months -- ...

This probiotic is the real deal. I have fantasies of stockpiling it in case they stop making it for some reason. I took it, and with a low-carb diet, I lost the first weight I've been able to lose in YEARS. Like 5-6 inches off my stomach in 2 months -- about 20 lbs. (I am pretty big, though -- so keep that in mind). I had IBS and no longer have it -- and I can eat sesame seeds again! I didn't get sick all winter, either! I could tell it started working when I first started taking it, because I felt TERRIBLE. It's called "die off" and I thought that I wasn't going to be able to do it -- but pushed through, and I feel very good. May up the dose like some others here -- just because I want that feeling of like killing everything nasty in my body again...

and the specific strains that support weight loss like L Gasseri

I have been specifically searching for a probiotic that contains healing strains B. Infantis and B. Longum, histamine degrading strains only, and the specific strains that support weight loss like L Gasseri. I wanted to avoid the problematic strains like L. Acidophilus and L. Casei. This is one of the only ones on the market that meets these criteria. I have been very pleased with this product!

Everything I was looking for

This is the only formula I have found with the 3 probiotics I was looking for. (L gasseri ((weight loss)), L rhamnosus ((nasal infections)), and R infantis (tummy trouble))). Since taking this, my son has been mush healthier...if only he will continue when he starts college next month...sigh.

A good addition for people with gut dysbiosis and food sensitivities

So I have a gut dysbiosis that has resulted in sensitivities to histamine and salicylates. I have been taking Ayush 50B but hadn't really noticed much difference in my ability to tolerate salicylates or histamine foods and read that some people with similar sensitivities have had good luck with Kyo-Dophilus 9. I did notice a difference nearly immediately in my ability to tolerate salicylates- I can nearly eat them like a normal person again. I've been able to add back in a lot more vegetables and spices to my diet that I formerly could not tolerate. Unfortunately I have not noticed an improvement (yet, at least) in my ability to tolerate histamine foods.

Used for a few years, but if you must be gluten free....

I am allergic to gluten and the product label does say gluten free. I seemed to keep having minor reactions and chalked it up to chapstick, moisturizer, etc. When my Dr. tested me for gluten he told me I had small amounts still which is suprising because I have been very strict on my gluten diet. I was having a lot of bloating, which can be due to probiotics and not using the correct one. For some reason I googled the product name and if the product contained gluten. I found a celiac awareness website where more than a few complained that it caused gluten reactions in them. So I immediately switched probiotics, the bloating is gone, and I think I have found my source of gluten
