I have to take some antibiotics, so I picked up some of these probiotics. I'm tolerating them just fine and have not had any signs of a yeast infection yet. I'm pleased and would order them again. One small issue is that the tablets get a bit gummy when they get moist, so they are a bit hard to swallow. Great product as far as I can tell though.

24hr Supplement Probiotics has a relatively small set of what's recognized as such - lactobacillus acidophilus and casei as well as bifidobacterium longum, all told 5 billion CFU in theory - along with some rather exotic proprietary zinc supplements. Overall, this isn't a great combination; most good probiotics top out around 30 billion CFU. More notably, it uses rice flour as filler so if you're watching your carbs this may be a not insignificant source of them. However, I'll round this up to 4 stars from 3.5 just given the price, which is about half of that of the top tier probiotics; just make sure to keep these refrigerated if you want any chance at getting the listed 5 billion CFU.

A healthy gut is essential and probiotics are beneficial. These are easy to swallow and you only take 1 a day. They do seem to work well and keep the plumbing working as it should. This one is a little on the pricey side but if it works, some may think it's worth it.

As far as I know, this is the only probiotic supplement that is infused with turmeric, to improve gut health and increase beneficial flora in the intestinal tract. I have felt a real, substantive improvement from GI symptoms like gas and bloating, as well as improved digestion. My only criticism is with the level of gut bacteria per serving: only 5 billion seems minuscule compared to most probiotic products boasting anywhere from 50-100 billion organisms per serving. For the price, you could do a lot better - better, as in a stronger potency than you'll get here.

The strength of the probiotic is below average. The price is above average. I was initialy confused by the Tumeric, since Tumeric has antbacterial properties. However, a 2019 study showed that Turmeric does not kill some common probiotic bacteria, and in fact increases the survivability.
