Physician recommended, best melatonin I have tries

Works better than any brand I have tried. Referred by my physician for a post covid sleep disorder, this has done the trick. Highly recommended.<br /><br />Note: I take the triple strength for mornings where I can sleep a bit longer, otherwise the 5mg is plenty for 7-8 hours
