My daughter, who has autism, relies on Melatonin to sleep well at night. She gets loud and crazy at nights.<br />Not being able to sleep is a common characteristic autism.<br />This brand was recommended by a friend. We had her on other brand of Melatonin, They worked ok, but she woke up halfway through the night unable to get back to sleep. This has been a great product, she falls sleep in less than 30 minutes and stays asleep peacefully.<br />The good night sleep really helps with her behavior in school and at home.<br />Also the product doesn’t have any artificial color or flavoring which can cause nightmare for some kids. We are 100% happy with this product.

Atrocious side effects after taking it.<br />I have severe headache and nausea after have this gummy. Can’t imagine this is even for child. Go to target to get the more famous brand. The only advantage is the taste is good, but just as soft candies…

These work really well but the main ingredient is sugar. The taste is a little off but bearable. There is a pungent alcohol smell upon opening this is from the passion flower extract.
