I have Crohn’s Disease, so I decided to give this a try to see if it would provide any relief at all to symptoms. It is surprisingly effective at providing some digestive relief and easing symptoms. The probiotic strain used in this supplement is designed to reduce the digestive symptoms of IBS. The bottle states this will happen within 12 weeks. I started finding some relief within three weeks. It is said that a lot of total, overall health begins in the gut, so it makes sense that providing the gut with a strain that it requires for optimal function would assist in alleviating symptoms of IBS. I plan to continue using this, plus I also definitely recommend it.

Been taking this for about six weeks. Energy is more consistent and I feel less sluggish in the afternoons. Happy with the purchase.

Works well. Deducting a star because the bottle is hard to open with one hand, but the product itself is solid.
