I started using ashwagandha in December. Shortly after that I fell twice and got a severe concussion. As bad as it was it could have been much worse if I hadn't already started taking the ashwagandha.

Ashwaganda works. Drug free product for anxiety! I have tried multiple brands and I try to get the ones with the most mg. This one works.
Honestly, I can't tell if this product helps. I still have lots of pain. I'm already a calm person , so maybe this isn't the correct product for me
They are advertised as a bottle of 200, 4500mg capsules. They are 4500mg per serving.. A serving is 3 capsules, so they are only 1500 mg capsules.
It has a wonderful calming effect. Like my anti-anxiety meds, but way better. It doesn't make me sleepy or cranky.
