I took this alongside antibiotics & am continuing to take it for digestive & Candida issues. I’m confused at so many people giving this 1 star for arriving with no ice pack. This is a temperature resistant strain of yeast. If it can’t survive a trip in the mail it won’t survive a trip through your digestive track either. The best strains don’t need to be refrigerated! I will continue to use this product as so many others have fillers & ingredients I can’t take.

Amazing amazing probiotic to flush the Candida Albicans out of my system without any nasty side effects. I read that this yeast safely "replaces" CA in your system without killing it...so no die-off flu like symptoms. I followed a sugar free and low carb diet, took them every day, and within a week allergy symptoms of stuffiness and joint pain from inflammation lessened. By a few weeks I was feeling free of the effects of yeast overgrowth, mucus and inflammation. Just going sugar free doesn't do it, but the Candida Albicans just vacated! No more stuffy nose, sore joints, or Athletes foot fungus.

My doctor recommended this to balance against yeast. I had a long term infection and only found out which strain of yeast via a GI test (sample in the mail) and she recommended this as part of the cure. Felt an improvement in alertness, wellness within days. For anyone dealing with GI or yeast infections I'd strongly recommend this, and make sure you do a GI test to find out exactly what's going on. I wish I'd done that ten years ago. The one my doctor suggested was Genova labs. Best of luck to anyone dealing with similar issues

Chiro recommended this specific brand to help rebuild/rebalance gut flora. Antibiotics and poor eating (too much sugar/grains) can cause bad bacteria overgrowth. This product along with good dietary changes made a huge difference fast! I take one with breakfast and one before bed. I have taken other pro-biotics with mixed or little results, so this product really stood out with positive, noticeable results.

Lost in the mail, delayed delivery, then arrived with no cold pack. Went in the trash. This probiotic is fantastic but if not shipped correctly (continually kept cool) it is no good.
