I didn't expect great things when I ordered this but was in hopes it would help. I have suffered with constant chronic pain for many years after a work related injury. Lately, I've been struggling more than ever. Long story short, my order came quickly and perfect and took 1...only 1....that night before bed. When I woke up, my pain was less....easier to get out of bed! That night I took it again. Next morning I felt even better! Anyway, I will keep taking this product! I added a milk thistle cap with it at night. That is now my nightly routine. So happy to find this. I didn't get it for free. I chose this one because it's free of garbage and you only need 1 daily and the others you need 3. To my surprise, when I review this product I may get a free bottle. Win Win!! I almost gave up on this Product and SO GLAD I DIDN'T! My first order had a problem which Amazon quickly replaced the bottle. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and I'm always in pain. I also always had to wear a brace on my right knee. I started taking this supplement and have been for about a month and a half now. I don't wear my brace any longer and my pain and mobility had definitely gotten better. I chose this turmeric supplement particularly because I like the addition of garlic and ginger!<br /><br />I’m actually looking forward to getting my next blood test results back. When looking through all the different brands of Turmeric it was apparent not all are equal. Many may say 1000 mg or 1500 mg per serving, what you don't know until you read the label is that is if you are taking 2-3 capsules. So you're actually only getting 500 per capsule. These capsules from Satoomi are equivalent of 4670 mg and the daily serving is 1 capsule. This makes it a much better value than many of the competitors. Capsules are not large and easy to swallow.
