Turmeric is a really great supplement for the body which has strong antioxidant and healthy inflammatory properties, a really healer.This product contains organic ingredients and I really love it,just clean ingredients for the body.I feel really well while taking them everyday and definitely recommend it

This bottle of tumeric contains 90 vegan capsules. The recommended serving size is 2 capsules per day, so this is a 45 day supply. The ingredients are organic tumeric (both root powder and root extract), burdock root powder, organic ginger root powder, and Bioperine black pepper fruit extract. I like the fact that this tumeric blend has no fillers and is organic. However, this dose is smaller than many of my other bottles of tumeric, and $41.98 is way too much to pay, even if it is a 45 day supply instead of the usual 30 days. I will use the rest of this bottle, but I don't see myself reordering it at this price.

This is a mixture of various supplements, including the big one, Turmeric, which has been proven in studied, to reduce inflammation. Many supplements claim that they have a benefit, but if they are categorized as supplements, and not regulated by the FDA, they must put a disclosure on the package. With Turmeric, there are many studies available on the internet, that actually prove that it does work to reduce inflammatory conditions. This adds a few more supplements, to give a synergistic effect. I found this very helpful, but as with all supplements, check with your healthcare provider, to make sure it doesn’t have any negative interactions with any other supplements, or medications, you might take. I've been taking Turmeric for arthritis for a couple years now. This product also incudes Burdock root and Ginger. I've been taking this for a few days now and I see the same results as other brands I have tried. If you have arthritis pain I would suggested asking your doctor about taking Turmeric. If they don't know what it is maybe it's time to get another doctor. This definitely helps with join pain. I take one pill 3 times a day with meals.

Been taking this for about six weeks. Energy is more consistent and I feel less sluggish in the afternoons. Happy with the purchase.
