Too pricey for the amount you get. It recommends one to two. I personally need two. This means that each dose costs over $2. They should make a higher dose one for those who need two that's better priced.<br />4 stars because even though I feel it's over priced it works.
I have been having trouble sleeping. I took this and had the best nights sleep in a long time. I woke up feeling better than usual. I had been using just Melatonin for a few years. It had stopped working. I must have needed the change. So very happy I tried this. It looks a bit strange inside the capsule but it works great. No side effects.
This is the best product to help you stay asleep all night long!
The "sleep" formula I was supposed to get was instead the "Rise" formula which is for energy and alertness. So it's the exact opposite. Thanks for nothing.
Been taking this for about six weeks. Energy is more consistent and I feel less sluggish in the afternoons. Happy with the purchase.
