This is a terrific probiotic supplement. It's made for promoting a healthy gut , urinary tract health, and for balancing vaginal flora. It's vegan, has no artificial ingredients, non GMO, no sugar added, and is gluten free. It's easy to swallow and makes you feel pretty good a week or two into it.<br />You get 60 capsules in this bottle and take two capsules a day. The only thing about this is that it's on the expensive side.
Been taking this for about six weeks. Energy is more consistent and I feel less sluggish in the afternoons. Happy with the purchase.
Works well. Deducting a star because the bottle is hard to open with one hand, but the product itself is solid.
