I have taken many BCAA supplements. My favorite up to this point was xtend. Right off the bat, you can tell that the drug is premium because of the embossed printed illustrations and text. Opening the lid will greet you to a nice hook which suspends a scooper. You won't find this on many other products. The consistency of the powder is very linear. The grains in the powder appear and flow like they are 2 to 5 times smaller than other supplements' powder. Again, very premium. The taste is exactly as described. See you in the Box!

This being owned by well know CrossFit athlete like mathew fraser, well know media guys Heber Cannon and Marston Sawyers and industry legend Paul Haverland I had very high expectations for this brand and product.<br /><br />First thing that I noticed that confused me was that they use “natural flavors”. Being a brand that’s based off fitness and health… they should not be adding in this non FDA regulated BS in their supplemental products. Knowing this was in this, I still bought it because I trust mathew fraser, well know media guys Heber Cannon and Marston Sawyers. Man was that a let down!<br /><br />Note I put this in my 36oz yeti: Product doesn’t mix well in water. You have to get aggressive shaking it. Taste can be over powering but not bad. Once finished it leaves a lot of product stuck to bottom. It cleans up in the sink. The last two times I’ve added just water to the bottle after being clean by hand and in dishwasher I can still taste slight mango flavor. Washed out several more time but idk if product is leaking into plastic lid but it’s a terrible taste. I thought maybe the inside of my yeti was deteriorating and leaking into the water but everything looks fine. Ive never had this problem until I started using this product.<br /><br />I’ll make the switch back to Bare performance nutrition hydration powder.<br /><br />Update: back on Bare performance nutrition hydration powder and have not had anymore problems. Clearly this was all due to the podium product.

Of all BCAAs, this has taken place of #1 in my regimen and recommendations. Great flavor with the easy mixing. Has helped cut down my recovery time drastically and reduced the feeling of needing to hydrate more than before. Kudos to the Podium team for also including the spoon hanger inside the container.... has saved me from fishing in the powder. Overall, highly recommend giving this product a try to experience it yourself!

The Mango Peach flavor is fantastic and has helped my recovery time after workouts.

Very surprised how awful this tasted, I highly recommend going with a different brand for your BCAA needs…

I take a scoop for workouts to help keep me hydrated, which is important when your gym is outside in Florida. I like the taste, too.
