I love that this is a one pill supplement. It's easy to swallow and started working within 2 days . It's a bit pricey for a one month supply though.

This has a pretty good formulation. Each capsule provides 30 billion CFUs of 10 different strains. That's a good, but not outstanding, potency and strain diversity. The specific strains are listed on the bottle, but not the concentration of each. The info on the bottle is extremely small and hard to read. Granted, a lot of info needs to be put in a small space, but other manufacturers are able to accomplish the goal of providing info in a manner in which it can be read.<br /><br />The bottle states it is "Formulated" in the USA" but there's no info on where it actually is made, which is disappointing. The cost for a 30 day supply is rather high. While the formation is decent, there are other options with the same or better formulation that provide a better value on a per-month cost basis.<br /><br />While the formation is decent, the lack of clear info and the pricing drops by score to 3.5 stars (rounded up to 4). While this is better than some probiotics, it doesn't hit the 5 star mark in my opinion.

Works well. Deducting a star because the bottle is hard to open with one hand, but the product itself is solid.

Good quality supplement. About three weeks in and noticing a difference, mostly in energy levels.

Been taking this for about six weeks. Energy is more consistent and I feel less sluggish in the afternoons. Happy with the purchase.

Third-party tested, clean label. That's what I look for first. Actually works too, which is a bonus.
