I love having a natural product available to treat pain and inflammation when needed. I would much prefer to treat issues naturally then with prescription drugs. My doctor recommended taking PEA to help my knee pain and muscle aches. So far, I feel this has been helpful with my muscle soreness and the inflammation in my body. The pills are easy to swallow. There is some aftertaste, but that seems to be typical. I was happy to see there was an outer seal and an inner seal, so any tampering would be evident. Also, says they are manufactured in the US and complies with all US standards.<br /><br />However, the label is confusing regarding the recommended dose. First, the supplement facts on the bottle says; "serving size 2 capsules" and "servings per container 30". But, the item description and the recommended dose on the bottle says; "take 2 capsules twice daily." This bottle has 60 pills, so if you took 4 capsules each day, there would only be 15 days worth and likewise only 15 servings per container. So, I compared the ingredients in this bottle to another brand and they only suggested 2 pills per day based on the same levels of PEA.<br /><br />So, given that, I have opted to only take 1 pill twice per day (2 pills total per day). I take 1 in the morning when I wake-up and 1 just before I go to sleep. I have only been taking this for a few days and I do think my soreness and muscle pain has decreased a little, in just that much time. So, I feel this is effective. But, with the price being $1.49 per day (or $2.98 if you take 4 per day), this seems very expensive. I hope they correct the item description and bottle, so the recommended dosage is consistent.

It takes about 4-6 weeks to start seeing results, so I'll have to do an update in about a month, but the product is well packaged, and the label has clear information. It also contains curcumin,which some other PEA supplement don't seem to have.
